WARRANTY & RETURNS

• All products purchased from our website are covered by our brand warranty. Our products are crafted with meticulous workmanship and high-quality materials for you. After production, items that meet the necessary quality standards undergo detailed inspections before being shipped to you.

  Since the products are handmade and due to the natural characteristics of leather and wood, there may be slight differences compared to the images shown on the website.

• The products you purchase are entirely handcrafted. Therefore, we recommend contacting our team before requesting a return.

• You may request a return within 7 days from the date the product is delivered to you. The product and its packaging must be undamaged, unused, and returned in its original box, complete and intact. After inspection confirms that the returned product meets the return conditions, a refund will be processed within 7 days.

  (Please note that personalized products, such as those with names engraved or printed, are not eligible for return.)

• If your return request is due to a manufacturing or delivery defect, a replacement product or a refund will be provided free of charge

• All items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have before placing an order. Personalized items cannot be returned.
